OPINION: Prof. Yemi Osinbajo Predicted to Become Nigerian’s President in 2021; How Possible is this?

The Nigerian Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo has been predicted to become Nigeria’s President before the year 2021 comes to an end taking the place of the Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari.

It was said that Prof. Yemi Osinbajo will take over the leadership of the country though natural circumstances. With this being said, how possible is this prediction ever coming to pass? How and when exactly will this come to fulfillment? Even if it came to pass, what benefit will it be for the nation? These are questions that cannot be answered with mere thoughts.

Let’s look at some possible circumstances that could make this a reality.

In the year 2009 the former President of Nigeria, Alhaji Umaru Musa Yar’Adua was announced dead on the 5th of May, 2010 after he was diagnosed with an undisclosed illness. Until his death, he was a leader full of passion and zeal to make Nigeria great with his seven points agenda which was a promising ideas. Thereafter, the Vice President Dr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan was sworn in to replace the President on the 6th of May, 2010.

He was later elected as President and sworn in on the 29th of May 2011.

It could be seen that the then Vice President; Dr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan became the President of Nigeria unexpectedly when no one thought he would. Other circumstances have happened in time past whereby the incumbent leader died in office and was immediately replaced by their deputy.

Therefore, the prediction made by the Cleric could be feasible but above all we wish our dear President long life and successful completion of his tenure.
