[PHOTOS] Chelsea Fans Worldwide react to Mason Mount Brilliant display




Some of Chelsea fans on Twitter were happy with Mason Mount after his impressive play against Liverpool in the Premier league last night.

Chelsea went into the game wanting a win to be among the top four and were able to do so through Mason Mount.

The Blues were the better attacking side throughout the game and were unfortunatel not to open the scoring in the 25th minute.

Timo Werner’s strike was cancelled out by VAR because he was offside. The Blues kept playing and eventually scored, Mount was seen on the left flank through an excellent pass from N’Golo Kante.

Mason was able to run past Liverpool’s defence before curling his shot past the goalkeeper. He continued to impress with his effort on the pitch, aside from the goal he was able to manage three key passes which was more than anyone on the field.

Mason has been criticized sometimes in the past by some Chelsea fan’s for lack if consistency, but he has made some improvement of recent.

Mason has evolved into a better player under Thomas Tuchel and has now netted three goals from his previous five league games.

The Blues have returned to their fourth spot on the table and also put an end to their seven year wait for a league victory at Anfield.

Since Thomas Tuchel replaced Frank lampard as the head coach in January, Chelsea are unbeaten across all competitions. Their defensive play have improved and the club look good to sustain their place in top four.

The Blues will host Everton on Monday. They are just one point behind Chelsea standing in fifth. However both teams will go into the game with a lot of confidence.
