[Watch Video] Croatia Squad Celebrates Chelsea Star Kovacic for winning the Champions League

Chelsea star Kovacic has now joined Croatia captain and Real Madrid midfielder in an illustrious group of players to have earn the Champions League medal four times.

Mateo Kovacic left London after their Champions League celebration for his National team as they prepare for Euro 2021.

Chelsea defeated Manchester City 1-0 to claim their second Champions League Trophy in history, thanks to Kai Havertz first half goal.

Kai Havertz gave Chelsea the 1-0 win in Porto and this earn the Croatia international his fourth Champions League trophy after featured as a substitute in the second-half as Mason Mount replacement.

Mateo play his first 17-minutes in a Champions League final and this Year final remain the first time the Chelsea midfielder featured in a Champions League final, Kovacic was not given the chance to play any signle minutes in all the three finals won with Real Madrid between 2015 to 2018.

Croatia Captain Luka Modtic also has four Champions League winners medals and the Real Madrid Centre-midfielder looks so delighted to have his fellow countryman on the same board.
