Confirmed: Leicester city vs Arsenal – team news, prediction and lineups

After Gunner’s win over Benfica 3-2 in the Europa League, they will be going back to England as Leicester city will play hosts to Arsenal in the EPL on Sunday.

Arsenal will be facing Leicester city who is presently sitting on third position on the table with 49 points. Leicester will be participating in the game after a 2-0 loss to Slavia Prague in the second leg of the Round of 32 of the Europa league on Thursday. They won three of their last four matched and have a high chance of winning against Arsenal on Sunday.

Arsenal is presently sitting in 11th position on the table with just 34points, winning one game out of five matches played. Arsenals’ manager, Arteta will have to formulate a strong plan if they want to defeat Leicester city, who are doing well in the Premier league.

Leicester city


Arsenal will be moving to King Power Stadium to face Leicester city with their full power, every Arsenal fan will be hoping to see how Arteta will plan to keep his team winning.

William and Alex Lacazette will start off from the bench, while Odegaard and Smith-Rowe are probably going to be among the starting XI.
Rob holding who suffered concussion during the match against Man city will be available for the match against Leicester city this Sunday.

Also Thomas Partey who came of the bench against Benfica should be in the starting XI against Leicester city this Sunday.

Leicester city has no case of any fresh injuries but their star midfielder James Madison will be absent, suffering from a hip injury.

Aside that, James Justin and Joze Perez will be absent in the game on Sunday as both are suffering from knee injury also Dennis Praet and Wes Morgan are suffering from thigh and back injury respectively.
