The Governor of Nasarawa State, Abdulahi Sule has raise alarm over the regrouping of Boko Haram member in Nasarawa state. The Gov said the boko haram members are already carrying out different act of violence.Boko haram

Gov. Abdulahi Sule disclosed this to the state house correspondents during his close door meeting with His-Excellency President Buhari at the state house earlier today January 22, in Abuja.

The Governor in his statement, said that, members of the Boko haram who were dislodged form a location which was said to be along Abuja/Nasarawa borders late last year had begin to regroup along Nasarawa/Benue borders, calling for new violence acts.

Gov. Abdulahi said some of the dreaded groups elements present in Nasarawa state belongs to the Darussalam group which was dislodge from Niger state, he further revealed that many of the group members were killed while 900 of them were arrested during a joint security operation in the state.

However, the governor said that, the 900 members arrested had confirmed their membership to the Boko Haram terrorist group. While he believes that a decisive and crutial plan will be put in place to end the security chanllenges in Nasarawa state following the close-door meeting held with the President.
